United Unlimited Construction, Incorporated (UUC) was formed in 1983 in Richmond, Virginia, originally as a general contracting company, specializing in construction management. The company has grown into a general contracting company that has the management, bonding, purchasing power and network to build multi-million dollar construction project. Over the past few decades, UUC has successfully completed over $220,000,000 worth of construction projects in the Greater Richmond Virginia region. 

 UUC’s approach to the construction industry has annually allowed us to successfully undertake and complete projects - ranging from $10,000.00 to $3,660,000.00. 

 Merlin Hargrove is the President, Treasurer, and Chief Executive Officer of this minority owned and managed corporation.

UUC has a 41 year track record of bidding projects within an Owner’s budget. This has resulted from UUC’s approach to the business; we simply focus on the Owner’s needs and priorities. UUC’s detailed review and understanding of plans and specifications allows us to prepare bids and complete projects within budget and without costly change orders.
